Description

Located between the mountains and lagoon on the northeast side of the island, close to Opunohu Bay, is the Inter-Continental Resort and Spa Moorea where 27 acres of magnificent gardens contain 165 different species of trees, plants and flowers.

The hotel offers original activities such as the "Moorea Dolphin Center", an incredible aquatic park where guests can swim and play with the dolphins. There is also "Hélène Spa", a centre of well-being that was the first Tahitian spa in Polynesia.

Room Description

Moorea Resort has 143 accommodation units, all with the same standards of comfort, luxury and a Polynesian theme decor. They were all decorated with a combination of local traditions and contemporary luxury. 

Bungalow suites under thatch, inspired by traditional Polynesian fare, have a separate lounge area (with convertible sofa bed) in addition to the bedroom and terraces with teak table and chairs. Their spacious bathrooms have twin wash basins and separate showers.

The three types of location include: 50 Over-water Bungalow Suites, 28 Beach Bungalow Suites, and 16 Garden Bungalow Suites. In the 2-story hotel building there are 48 Lanai Rooms and 1 Suite.
